The transfer of Czech international striker Adam Hlozek from Bayer Leverkusen to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga is complete. The 22-year-old will be the most expensive transfer in the history of the club. As reported by “Kicker”, Hoffenheim is said to have paid 18 million euros plus bonuses to champions and cup winners Leverkusen.

Hlozek signed a long-term contract at Hoffenheim, as the club announced. “Adam is a really strong footballer,” said Frank Kramer, who is working as interim sporting director at Hoffenheim. “An extremely agile striker who has the necessary physicality, technical ability and tactical understanding to help our team immediately.”

Hlozek won the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal double with Leverkusen last season.
